Richard Bedford is a Chartered Building Surveyor, a Chartered Architectural Technologist, an Accredited Expert Witness and a Level 3 Master Thermographer.

With over 36 years' of uninterrupted experience working within the  construction industry, both in the UK and overseas, Richard can offer an exceptional level of knowledge and experience in building surveying, building thermography and architectural technical design.

He acts as an RICS Counsellor and RICS Mentor for those candidates undertaking their Assessment of Professional Competence under the Building Surveying pathway who wish to become Chartered Building Surveyors.
