Our Instruction - To provide a condition and drone survey.

The Property - Colchester Town Hall.

The Location - Colchester, Essex.

We were instructed by Consultants acting on behalf of the Town Hall to provide a detailed external-only condition survey and a full drone survey of this Grade 1 Listed Building.

Numerous roof slopes, comprising various treatments and ages were noted during our two day inspection.

​

We utilised commercially-insured drones and high resolution cameras to record all the necessary information, both to roofs and the detailed facades.

​

Our reports were used by other specialist Consultants to help programme in planned remedial works necessary as penetrating dampness had been recorded around some of the roof areas.
